Mondays don't exactly have the best rep. Like, no one says "case of the Mondays" and means "a sudden jolt of energy and joy that makes me smile forever."

But what if we gave Mondays a makeover? Here's what I'm thinking: Grab a ton of chocolate on your way home Monday night, and get to work crafting a dessert so swoon-worthy, you'll forget there are four more days to go 'til the weekend.
